The Solio Rocsta-i hybrid solar charger is the perfect companion for your outdoor adventures. Rugged, the Rocsta-i works by absorbing power from the wall socket, a computer, or direct sunlight, and then storing the energy within its internal 1,000 mAh lithium-ion battery. Once the charger's battery is full, you can use it to power your cell phone, smart phone, iPod, MP3 player, PDA, Bluetooth headset, game player, GPS, fish finder, or digital camera--more than 3,200-plus devices in all. This versatility helps the Rocsta-i excel as a backpacking aid or travel accessory. Plus, the charger's rugged shell includes a built-in carabiner, so it can even power your gadgets while attached to a backpack, belt loop, or bicycle.

The Rocsta-i charger is cost-effective, as sun-based energy is completely free and creates no harmful impacts. And the solar design couldn't be simpler, with a single high-efficiency solar cell that lays flat for easy charging. Just leave it on an outdoor table or rock for 10 hours or so, and then get ready to take your power on the road. You can use the sun to fully charge the Rocsta-i's battery for later use, or you can charge your device directly through the Rocsta-i. One hour of sunshine provides roughly 20-plus minutes of talk time or 50-plus minutes of MP3 music (depending on the device).

To charge the Rocsta-i's battery without using the sun, simply connect the charger to your computer using the included USB charge-in cable. Plus, the energy in the charger's 1,000 mAh lithium-ion battery doesn't need to be redeemed immediately, as it stores the juice for more than a year. The Rocsta-i does not come with a preselected variety of adapter tips, but is instead compatible with all i-Go power tips (sold separately), including i-Go mini USB, i-Go micro USB, i-Go iPhone/iPod, i-Go Samsung, and i-Go Blackberry versions. The Rocsta-i hybrid charger measures 2.7 by 7.8 by 0.6 inches (W x H x D), weighs 4.6 ounces, and carries a one-year warranty.
